Grip the cord handle and swing the to the right making a full circle around.
As the ball comes back around on your left, kick it with the instep of your right foot so that it circles clockwise.
Place the cones 2 feet apart in a row.
Take 8 steps back from the center of the row so that you’re facing the cones.
With the instep of your foot, shoot the balls at the cones making them fall over.
