Place the cones 3 feet apart in a straight line.
Move in a straight line with the ball until you get to the rst cone, then pretend to kick the ball in one direction.
Quickly turn your body and move in the oppo- site direction around the same cone, then dummy around the other 2 cones.
This drill requires 2 players, one on each side. Stand a few feet from the footvolley next so you have room to hit and catch the ball.
Have player 1 launch the ball over the net with the instep of his foot each time.
Player two must absorb the shots with his head, chest or knees.
