Step on the ball with one of your feet, making sure you have a good grip.

Pull back on the ball with a rapid motion, lifting the ball so that it’s balanced on the instep of your foot.

Grip the cord handle and let the ball hang by your shin.

Swing the ball up and bend one of your knees to catch the ball with the inside of your foot as it comes towards you. Alternate your feet each time.
