Place the 2 cones 5 feet from each other and center the Target Goal 5 feet in front of the 2nd cone, so that the cones are facing the Target Goal.
Get a head start running with the ball, then zig- zag through both cones.
As soon as you pass the second cone strike at the center target hole.
Place a cone 6 feet in front of the goal. This will be the closest point from which you can shoot the ball.
With the instep of your foot, shoot into the 25 point holes.
