Place 3 cones 3 feet apart and the Training Station 10 footsteps from the last cone.
Start running and kicking the ball between the cones.
At the last cone, stop the ball with your foot, and rapidly kick the ball up with the instep of your foot towards the ramped side of the Training Station so that it comes back towards you.
Run in a straight line with the ball then pre- tend to kick the ball in one direction.
Quickly turn your body and move with the ball, dribbling in the opposite direction.
