Grip the cord handle and swing the ball upwards.
Depending on the height of your swing, hit the ball with your head or chest.
Direct your hit towards the knee or foot and hit it again.
This drill requires 2 players, one on each side. Stand a few feet from the footvolley next so you have room to hit and catch the ball.
Launch the ball over the net and hit back with the knees, chest, head, or inside of the foot.
Work together so that both players practice hitting the ball over each time.
