Hold the ball with both hands extended in front of you.

Let the ball fall towards your foot and kick it upwards continuously, not letting it fall.

Alternate feet for each kick.

Lightly kick the ball with the instep of your feet, alternating feet each dribble.

When you start to dribble with each foot, increase the speed of your dribble.
